GROUP TRAINING
Do you have a larger group of friends or people that are looking to all get in shape? D-Fit has you covered! We can coach classes as big as 5-7 people max. Just let us know your group size and goals and we will handle the rest!
NUTRITION PLANS
Our coaches can provide guidance, and consulting on nutrition. We understand that figuring out what and when to eat can be complicated. Let us help you make a personalized meal plan that keeps you energized and feeling your best!
