We are excited to be a part of your fitness journey!

Your first consultation will be a one-on-one session with one of our passionate coaches. Here is what to expect during the 60 minutes:

  1. Our coaches will complete an assessment of your exercise history, diet, past injuries, and fitness goals.
  2. We will then move into a 30-40 minute workout to determine your level of fitness and show you around our facility.
  3. After the assessment and workout is complete, we will come up with a workout schedule and plan tailored towards your needs and goals. The plan will feature semi-private strength sessions. The sessions will focus on personalized fundamental strength movements and other compound movements.
